Licence granting Harburg (District)

After more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry and as an independent agent for other property companies, Elik made the decision to work with KENSINGTON. The grand opening of his new office in the Hamburg metropolitan region, where he is already marketing his first properties, took place at the beginning of September. Following the opening of his showroom, the cooperation with neighbouring KENSINGTON partners in Hamburg is the next step to strengthen the company's presence in the region.

New licence for Berlin-Reinickendorf

Mathias Becker, a familiar face from the KENSINGTON team, is taking over the new licence for Berlin-Reinickendorf. Becker has been working as a property expert in the Tegel showroom since autumn 2023 and now intends to further develop his business as a franchise partner. His new licence officially started on 15 April 2024, Mathias Becker already brings extensive sales and management experience to his new role.

Each licence is a step forward

The new licences underline the continuous expansion of the KENSINGTON network. The franchise partners use an established business concept and an extensive network to become successful as self-employed professionals in the real estate sector.
